Bulk roller skate FAQ
Everything buyers ask before the first order. Anything missing, email hello@bulkrollerskates.com.
Ordering
What is the minimum order?
24 pairs. Mixed sizes and mixed models count toward the minimum. There is no maximum; fleets of several hundred pairs are quoted the same way.
How long does a quote take?
Within one business day of the request. Complex multi-site or bid-format quotes can take a day longer and we tell you if so.
Can I get a quote before I know exact sizes?
Yes. Send a head count and age band. The quote uses a starting size run from the size guide, and you adjust it before the order ships.
Do you sell single pairs?
No. Orders start at 24 pairs. For a single pair, a local skate shop is the right place.
Do you sell to individuals?
Only in quantities of 24 pairs or more, for example a family reunion or a private event. Pricing is the same volume price every buyer gets.
Payment and paperwork
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, from schools, districts, colleges, municipalities, tribal governments, and other public agencies, with net terms. Nonprofits and businesses with an account history also qualify.
Do you accept tax-exempt certificates?
Yes. Send the certificate with the order and no sales tax is charged. Resellers use a resale certificate for the ship-to state.
Can you register as a vendor in our procurement system?
Yes. We complete vendor registration and return a W-9 with the quote.
Can a donor or a second organization pay part of the invoice?
Yes. Invoices can be split by payer or by line (for example skates on one invoice, safety gear on another).
How long is a quote valid?
30 days, extended in writing through a board vote, council approval, or grant decision on request.
Products
Quad or inline?
Quads for most schools, camps, and youth programs: stable for beginners, easy to size, simple to repair. Inlines for fitness units, older students, and outdoor paths. The quote can mix both.
Which brands do you carry?
Models and brands depend on quantity, budget, and stock at the time of the order. The quote names the exact model so you know what is arriving before you commit, and sample pairs are available.
What wheels should we choose?
Indoor non-marking wheels for gym floors and indoor courts, outdoor or hybrid wheels for blacktop and concrete. Tell us the surface and the quote specifies the wheel.
Do you supply helmets, pads, and spare parts?
Yes. Helmets, wrist guards, knee and elbow pads, wheels, bearings, toe stops, laces, and plates are quoted alongside the skates.
What about storage?
Rolling carts and bins are quoted on request so a fleet has a home between sessions.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
To all 50 states, including rural and reservation addresses. Freight is quoted to the actual delivery address.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the model and the sizes in stock, and it is stated on every quote. Order four to six weeks ahead of the date you need the skates, and earlier in spring and late summer.
We have no loading dock. Is that a problem?
No. Liftgate delivery and a call-ahead are included on the quote for sites without a dock.
How do skates arrive?
Boxed and labeled by size on a pallet or in cartons, with a size inventory sheet so staff can set up the same day.
Can one order ship to several sites?
Yes. Each site gets its own freight line and size list on a single purchase order.
Tell us how many pairs you need
Send your head count, ages, and ship-to state. A written quote with freight included comes back within one business day.
