What rental operators order

Starter fleets. A full size run of rental-grade quads sized to the events you plan to serve: birthday parties skew young, corporate and community events skew adult.

Add-on depth. After a season, the sizes that ran out first. Add-on orders price at your cumulative volume break for the year.

Parts and counter supplies. Toe stops, wheels, bearings, laces, sanitizer, and size markers, so the trailer leaves stocked.

Safety gear for rental. Helmets and pad sets in a size run, which many venues and insurers require.

Choosing between entry and rental-grade skates

  • Entry recreational quads cost the least per pair and suit a business testing demand with occasional events.
  • Rental-grade quads cost more up front, take standard replacement parts, and last through daily use. The quote shows both with a cost per pair per year of expected use.
  • Wheels should match the floor you bring or rent: a harder wheel for a plastic-tile portable floor, a hybrid for a sealed concrete pad.

Planning the size run

A rental business serves every age at once, so the run needs depth in both youth and adult sizes. The size guide includes a public-session distribution that mobile operators start from, and the quote adjusts it to your event mix.

Frequently asked questions

How many pairs does a mobile skating business need to start?

Most mobile and pop-up operators start with 50 to 100 pairs in a full size run from toddler through adult, then add depth in the sizes their events use up first. The quote recommends a starting run for the event sizes you plan.

Which skates hold up to rental use?

Rental-grade quads with replaceable toe stops, standard wheels and bearings, and a boot that wipes clean. Entry recreational quads cost less but wear faster under daily rental. The quote shows both with cost per pair per year of expected use.

Can I buy a starter fleet and add more later?

Yes. Add-on orders of 24 pairs or more in any size mix price at the volume break of your cumulative total within the year.

Do you offer trade terms to a new business?

New businesses pay by card or ACH on the first orders. Net terms are available after an account history is established.

Can you supply the skate-counter and cleaning supplies too?

Laces, toe stops, wheels, bearings, sanitizer, and size markers are quoted with the fleet so the first event is fully stocked.
